Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU and EU Directive 2023/2673), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

What happens next?
- We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request promptly.
- You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
- We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
