OVERVIEW This website is operated by MB Simedga (doing business as LizardWarehouse). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LizardWarehouse. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund and Warranty Policy.

  • Off-Road Use Notice: Many of the high-performance aftermarket parts, lights, radios, jacks, and accessories sold on LizardWarehouse are engineered specifically for off-road racing or closed-course recreational use. It is the customer's responsibility to verify local regulations regarding public road use for any modified vehicles. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

 

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to display accurate pricing and product data, occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

 

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

  • Inventory & Dispatch: All goods ordered on LizardWarehouse are stocked in and dispatched directly from our physical warehouse located in Lithuania. We do not use drop-shipping. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within in 1 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Locations & Times: We ship to destinations across the European Union and select neighboring European countries. Standard delivery windows to most European destinations generally range between 1 to 8 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination country of the order. Total shipping fees will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you finalize your purchase.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.

  • Delivery Issues & Risk: Delivery times provided are estimates only. LizardWarehouse is not liable for unexpected delays caused by third-party courier services, holiday backlogs, customs clearings, or force majeure events. Risk of damage or loss of the items passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order. SECTION 6 - EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

If you are ordering as an individual consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a designated third party) received the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, and in accordance with the steps outlined in our Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless specified otherwise.

 

SECTION 7 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
