Thank you for shopping at Lizardwarehouse. Please review our policy regarding shipping times, VAT, delivery inspection, and handling transit damages.
1. Processing & Shipping Times

Dispatch Time: Order preparation for shipping takes up to 1 business days from the date the order is placed. Only stickers dispatch time are longer (approximately 4 business days), because it is made for each customer personally according to request.
- Delivery Time (Transit): Once shipped, delivery times vary by European country and typically take 1 to 8 business days. Only in very rare cases can delivery take longer than this.
- Precise Estimates: You can find the exact delivery time and options for your specific location during the checkout process.
- Weekends: Please note that business days do not include weekends. We do not process, pack, or ship items on Saturdays or Sundays.
2. Taxes and EU VAT

EU Countries: For all orders shipped to countries within the European Union, value-added tax (VAT) is calculated and applied based on the specific VAT percentage of the customer's country of delivery.
3. Company Invoices

Corporate Orders: If you require a corporate invoice made out to your business/company you have to fill necessary information during the check out.
4. Inspection of Goods Upon Delivery
We take great care in packaging your orders safely. However, once the package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Customer Responsibility: Upon receiving your delivery, you are required to inspect all goods immediately before signing the delivery receipt or accepting the package from the courier.

Check for Damages: Look for any visible damage to the outer packaging (cracks, tears, dents) as well as the contents inside.
5. What to Do If Your Goods Are Damaged
If you notice any damage to your items or packaging upon delivery, you must take the following steps to ensure a valid claim can be processed:

File a Report with the Shipping Company:

Do not accept a damaged package without noting the damage.

State the specific damages clearly on the courier’s delivery sheet or electronic device before signing.

Ask the courier for a copy of the damage/claim report and sign it together with the driver.

Inform our customer support team within 24–48 hours of delivery.

sales@lizardwarehouse.comwith your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of both the damaged product and the packaging.

⚠️ Important: If you sign for the package without noting any damages, the shipping company will consider the package delivered in perfect condition, and a claim cannot be opened.
6. Liability for Shipping Damages

Carrier Responsibility: The shipping company is fully liable and responsible for any damage, loss, or mishandling that occurs during transit.

Claim Processing: Lizardwarehouse.com will assist you in gathering information, but final compensation or replacement coverage is subject to the shipping company's claim approval based on your immediate inspection report.
