Maximize Driver Comfort with the Expandable Helmet Air Pumper Hose 60-180cm (2 to 6 Ft)

Upgrade your pumper system setup with maximum comfort and flexibility. The Expandable 60-180cm Helmet Air Hose provides the extra extension needed for multi-passenger vehicles, custom cage routing, or drivers requiring full freedom of movement. It stretches smoothly from 60cm out to 180cm when in motion and manually collapses back to its compact resting shape to prevent loose hose clutter inside the cab.

As the exact factory hose supplied with our MAC Air and MAC-1X pumper bundles, it is the trusted choice for both direct replacements and custom builds. Updated with dual-purpose threaded cuffs, it mounts instantly to both standard air ports and the MagLock Helmet Air Kit—no cutting, gluing, or adapter modifications required.

Key Features and Performance Specs

  • 60-180cm  Extended Range: Delivers extra length for long-wheelbase vehicles, passenger-side routing, and unhindered driver head movement.

  • Factory Bundle Standard: The exact high-performance hose included in original MAC Air and MAC-1X pumper packages.

  • Flexible Memory Shape: Retains structural coil memory to collapse back neatly after use, reducing cockpit snag hazards.

  • Lightweight Design: Reduces pull-weight on the helmet to minimize neck fatigue and strain during long off-road endurance events.

  • Dual-Purpose Cuffs: Internal ribs and precision threading lock securely onto standard hose barbs or threaded MagLock ports to prevent unexpected disconnections.

  • 3,17cm High-Flow Inner Diameter: Maintains maximum, uninterrupted air volume from your fresh-air pumper unit directly to your helmet.

System Compatibility

  • Pumper Units: MAC, MAC-X, MAC-XC, Parker Pumper, and all standard 3,17cm fresh-air pumper systems.

  • Helmet Attachments: Threaded cuffs support both traditional smooth air intakes and threaded MagLock Helmet Air Kits.
